A freshman on the women’s cross-county team at MIT, the Newton South grad paced the Engineers to a runnerup finish at the Division 3 pre-nationals meet (Cowbell Classic) in Elsah, Ill. Her time of 21:43.35 was seventh-best in a field of 332 runners.
