Williamstown recreational marijuana store to open Wednesday

A recreational marijuana store is opening in Williamstown on Wednesday, the 16th to open in Massachusetts since sales began in November.

Silver Therapeutics received its “commence operations” notice from the state last Wednesday, granting the company permission to begin recreational sales after three calendar days. Williamstown is in the northwest corner of Massachusetts, on the borders of New York and Vermont.

The Williamstown store is Silver Therapeutics’ first store, though the company also has plans to open locations in Orange and Greenfield.

The store is located at 238 Main St. in Williamstown.

What are the hours?

The store will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.
