Traffic in Los Angeles was everyone’s worst Thanksgiving travel nightmare

Everyone knows how bad Thanksgiving traffic can get, but in a city that has repeatedly won the title for the country’s worst traffic, pre-Thanksgiving driving is nightmare-inducing.

That was the scene in Los Angeles Tuesday during rush hour.

Those trying to get a head start on their holiday travels were met with bumper-to-bumper traffic; their attempts at beating the rush were all for naught.

Word to the wise: If you haven’t hit the road yet, you may be in luck. Or at least luckier than the drivers stuck in Los Angeles traffic today.
