Senator Elizabeth Warren said that Massachusetts residents “have every right to be worried” over the House GOP health care bill, railing against the plan Monday evening on Twitter.

Warren sent out a series of tweets shortly after the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office released a report projecting that 14 million Americans would lose coverage next year under the GOP plan — a number that would grow to 24 million by 2026.

Warren said in a tweet that the GOP plan would “rip health coverage away from 24 million people.”

“Throwing 24 million people off their health care to give billionaires a tax break is heartless & irresponsible,” Warren wrote. “We cannot pass #Trumpcare.”

She also cited specific concerns of Massachusetts constituents over the health care, tagging President Donald Trump, House Speaker Paul Ryan, and Senator Majority Leader Mitch McConnell in the tweets.
