Does this police photo make my legs look short?

RE “RULES of reselling” (Business, May 8): Putting on a few pounds and having to put that now-too-tight designer skirt up for consignment is bad enough for one’s self image, but it isn’t criminal. Requiring resellers to take mug shots of their consigners is offensive and undermines a trusting business relationship.
