Fix leaks before building new pipelines

IF METHANE were colored yellow and could be seen escaping from 20,000 leaks across Massachusetts, perhaps it would be noticed by the public. Does it take a river running yellow, like the mine spill in Colorado, to recognize the destruction we are allowing? It’s time the utilities owned up and fixed these leaks. We need to pressure the utilities to fix their leaky pipes before they build out new pipelines for new customers.

The choice is an easy one. Do you fix your roof first or put on an extension to your house?
