New England roundup: UMass Dartmouth stuns Bridgewater State

UMass-Dartmouth rallied from a 22-point halftime deficit to shock visiting Bridgewater State, 33-29, Friday night.

Sophomore receiver Abiola Aborishade’s 39-yard touchdown catch from Cullen Hanna gave the hosts the lead, and the Corsairs (2-3, 2-2 MASCAC) intercepted a late pass at the 2-yard line to hold off the Bears (3-3, 2-2).

In Manchester, N.H., Matt Heriveaux and Matt Pedone each scored two touchdowns, and Assumption (3-3, 3-2 Northeast-10) trounced Saint Anselm (0-6, 0-5).
