Free agent receiver Kenny Britt visited with the Patriots on Monday, Globe reporter Ben Volin has confirmed.
Britt, a first-round draft pick from Rutgers in 2009, spent his first five seasons in the NFL with the Tennessee Titans. He has appeared in 57 games and has 157 receptions for 2,450 yards and 19 touchdowns.
NFL.com’s Albert Breer reported Britt left New England without a deal. He also has received interest from the Rams and Redskins, and was scheduled to visit the Redskins after the Patriots.

■ The team confirmed the signings of cornerbacks Darrelle Revis and Brandon Browner. Both spoke with the media Monday afternoon.
