The Bruins will not make a contract offer to center Carl Soderberg, according to his agent, J.P. Barry.
Soderberg, 29, whose three-year, $3.025 million contract expires next month, was told by the Bruins that they “can’t make an offer at this juncture,” according to Barry.
Soderberg scored 13 goals and had 31 assists last season, playing in all 82 games.
Gregory Campbell, Daniel Paille, Adam McQuaid, and Matt Bartkowski are also in the final year of their contracts and also would become unrestricted free agents July 1.
