Continuing a tradition from past Super Bowl victories, Patriots owner Robert Kraft hosted a ceremony for the team Sunday to award them rings from Super Bowl XLIX.

More than 70 players and coaches received Super Bowl rings for the first time, in addition to such usual suspects as Bill Belichick and Tom Brady, who earned their fourth.

“I love watching the expressions on the faces of each of our players and the range of emotions they experience when they see the ring for the first time and the pride they all have when they put it on. Tonight’s celebration is really a culmination of a job well done,” Kraft said in a news release.

The Patriots said this year’s rings are the largest ever made, with 205 diamonds. The rings are 4.85 carats, according to Attleboro-based Jostens, which made the rings.

These four rings stand for #Family, #Team, #Friends and @Patriots fans. Without the support of each one, none of these would be possible. I am truly grateful and blessed. What an incredible journey.
