Brooke-Lynn Williams, Norton, senior
Williams captured her second straight Athlete of the Year honor. She went undefeated in the 55 meters the last two years and holds the Massachusetts and New England records in the event (6.87). She will run at Penn State.
Grace Connolly, Natick, sophomore
Connolly already has two All-American honors and a sixth-place finish with a personal-best 4:52.38 in the mile at the New Balance Indoor Nationals. She won the mile and 2-mile at the Division 2 state and All States meets.
Zoe Dainton, Hingham, junior
Dainton swept the high jump titles at the Patriot League championships, Division 3 Championships, All States, and New Englands. She set a personal record (5-8) at the MSTCA Last Chance meet.
Joanna Kennedy, Wellesley, junior
Kennedy finished second in the long jump at All States while setting a school record (18-1). The Bay State Conference All-Star also captured the Division 2 title (17-9) and competed at the New Balance Indoor Nationals.
Avery Leydon, Woburn, junior
Leydon set the Division 2 state meet record in the 600 (1:34.00) and won the All-State title (1:34.35). She was third in the Division 2 300 (41.92) and was a member of the 4 x 400 team that was second at All States (4:00.59).
Bridget Mitchell, Milton, junior
Mitchell won the 1,000 (2:54.31) and ran on the fourth-place 4 x 400 team (4:01.50) for the All-State champs. An All-American on the second place 4 x 1,600 team at Nationals, she set the Bay State League record in the mile (4:56).
Lauren Polimeno, Tewksbury, senior
Polimeno won the MSTCA state pentathlon with 3,423 points. The MVC All-Star won the league 600-meter (1:36.64) and high jump (5-5) titles, and was a member of the Division 4 champion and state champion 4 x 400 relay team.
Mikaylah Schwartz, Dracut, senior
Schwartz finished her indoor career with a Division 3 state shot put title (39-3.5) and a second-place finish at All States (39-9.5). She also won the MVC championship (40-6) and will attend Assumption on a track scholarship.
Madelyn Sessler, Plymouth South, senior
Sessler garnered her third straight indoor All-Scholastic honor. The Division 2 state champ and Patriot League MVP in the 55 hurdles (8.42), she swept the indoor and outdoor All-State hurdles titles last year and will run at Columbia.
Ava Vasile, Medway, sophomore
Vasile won the All-State title in the 55-meter hurdles (8.44) and placed second in the 300 (40.30). She was also second in the 300 at New Englands (39.84) and in the state pentathlon (3,204 points). She also plays soccer and lacrosse.

Division 1: Steven McChesney, Newton South
McChesney is Coach of the Year for the fourth time, boasting a 1,009-193 record over a 36-year career. After an undefeated Dual County League season, Newton South won the Division 1 state title and was third at All States.
Division 2: James Fletcher, Woburn
A 2007 Woburn grad, the three-season track coach guided the Tanners to the Middlesex League title and a runner-up finish at the Division 2 Relays and state meet. ‘‘A true definition of a team, they ran for each other,’’ he said.
Division 3: Stephen Lane, Concord-Carlisle
In his 15th year, Lane and his staff led the undefeated Patriots (5-0) to the Dual County League Small title and a Division 3 state championship. The Williams College graduate was named boys’ Coach of the Year last year.
Division 4: Thomas Shaw, Milton
Shaw’s fifth Coach of the Year honor comes after a banner season. In his 14th year, he led the ‘‘best team to ever come out of Milton’’ to a Division 4 state title and its first ever All-State championship.
Division 5: Ernie Bissaillon, Amesbury
After taking home boys’ outdoor Coach of the Year honors last year, Bissaillon is back. In his 21st year, Amesbury (9-1) won the Cape Ann Baker Division and finished in a three-way tie for third at the Division 5 championships.
