Top performances from girls’ basketball players in the past week:
Mackenzie Carreiro, Durfee — Arguably the best freshman in the Big 3, Carreiro made the go-ahead 3 as part of a 25-point performance in a 53-50 win over New Bedford. She added 16 points against Somerset Berkley.
Sammi Gallant, Bishop Fenwick — The senior captain scored 23 points in a 44-33 win over St. Mary’s on Friday before adding 13 points in a 55-44 victory against Revere Saturday. She also had 26 points in a 50-37 loss to Masconomet.
Mak Graves, Masconomet — The two-time Cape Ann League Kinney Player of the Year had 14 points and five steals in a 50-37 win over Bishop Fenwick. The junior guard also scored 23 points in a 73-20 win over Beverly. Earlier in the week she had 19 points and eight rebounds in a 56-43 win over No. 15 Pentucket.

Brenna McDonald, Natick — In a span of three games, the 6-foot-2-inch junior forward had the following lines: 16 points, 16 rebounds, 7 blocks, and 4 assists in a 57-52 loss to No. 6 Wellesley; 23 points, 17 rebounds, and 8 blocks in a 51-23 win over Woburn; and 13 points and 10 rebounds in a 51-41 loss to No. 2 Coyle & Cassidy.
Lulu Ohm, Waltham — A sophomore point guard, Ohm scored 18 points in a 54-47 win over Bedford on Friday and added 15 points in a 71-49 win over Somerville on Sunday.
