Under the NFL’s rules, Brady is not allowed to appear at the team’s facility or to have any contact with the Patriots, including the coaching staff, while he serves his Deflategate suspension.
Before the Patriots’ season-opening game, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell told “Today” host Matt Lauer he is certain he imposed the proper discipline in suspending Brady.
Brady is eligible to return Oct. 3.
