Rob Gronkowski put his comeback rumors to bed.
While speaking to reporters Sunday after the One Missions Buzz Off for Kids With Cancer event at Gillette Stadium, the former Patriots tight end said he’s enjoying retirement after making the decision following the team’s Super Bowl victory in February.
“Whatever I say, it doesn’t matter. It will always be crazy out there,” Gronkowski said “You can put them to rest, yes. I’m feeling good, I’m in a good place.”
When asked about his retirement plans, Gronkowski wouldn’t give any big hints yet.
“Just little things like this,” he said. “I love doing stuff like this, coming out, activities, just enjoying myself, and that’s really all.”
