A Massachusetts native and graduate of Emerson College, Dan Adams joined the Globe in 2011. He initially worked for the Globe’s West section and later in the Metro department as a breaking news and features reporter. Since 2014, Adams has served as a general assignment business reporter with a special focus on the alcohol and marijuana industries.
