The Home for Little Wanderers paid tribute to its board chair John Hailer at the organization’s annual spring fund-raising fling Wednesday. Since becoming chairman in 2005, the CEO of Natixis Global Asset Management has helped the Home raise more than $23 million, build a new campus on 166 acres in Walpole, and open facilities in Plymouth and Roxbury. WCVB-TV’s Liz Brunner emceed the event at the Seaport World Trade Center, with a guest list that included Home for Little Wanderers CEO Joan Wallace-Benjamin, Best Buddies founder Anthony Shriver, BU president Robert Brown, MFS Investments CEO Rob Manning, and the gala’s co-chairs Putnam Investments boss Bob Reynolds, Carruth Capital president Chris Egan, and Deloitte & Touche partner Stacey Jacobson.
