Simmons College chief of staff (and former chief justice of the Massachusetts District Court) Lynda Connolly; Simmons College president Helen Drinan; Institute of Politics at Harvard fellow Farah Pandith; government affairs consultant Thaleia Schlesinger; and former Mass. secretary of state Michael Connolly were among the power players at Saturday’s dinner at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library celebrating the Women in Public Service Institute, which is being hosted from May 25 through Friday by Smith, Simmons, and Mount Holyoke colleges. . . . Chefs who participated in the Big Sister Association’s 15th Annual Celebrity Chef Dinner on Sunday included Dante de Magistris of dante and il Casale, Evan Deluty of Stella, and Michael Schlow, who hosted the night at Tico.
