During commencement ceremonies at Bridgewater State University on Saturday, President Dana Mohler-Faria presided over his last convocation after 13 years running the school. In his personal message to the graduating class Mohler-Faria urged students to embrace learning and use their education to do good. He also praised Bill and Denise Richard, who were in the audience for the university's 175th commencement ceremony, lauding their support for the school. Mohler-Faria noted that the Richards both had attended Bridgewater State and continued to be involved with the school. He said Bill Richard had been at the school Friday morning, advocating for a young man. The audience gave the Richards a standing ovation.
