The Massachusetts Department of Transportation next week is awarding a new 35-year contract to manage the state’s 18 highway plazas, including 11 on the Massachusetts Turnpike, to Irish convenience store giant Applegreen. As part of the deal, Applegreen agreed to replace buildings at nine of the 18 service plazas and make significant retrofits to the others. We want to know what readers would like to see changed — or kept the same. Do we need more EV chargers? What about the selection of restaurants? Should there be other amenities (mini golf, anyone)? Are there enough bathrooms? Fill out the form below to share your views. Your feedback may be featured in a follow-up article and on social media.
