A 21-year-old Cambridge man who went missing last week has been located and is in good health, Cambridge police said Monday.
Toshiaki Takenaka had not been in contact with family, or present at his work or home since last Tuesday, said Sergeant Bob Reardon, a police department spokesperson.

The department asked the public to help " locate and confirm the well-being,“ of Takenaka, he wrote.
Police did not say where Takenaka was found, but he was in good health and was taken to a local hospital, Cambridge police said in a statement on Facebook.
“He is no longer considered to be missing,” police said. “The Cambridge Police Department is grateful to those who shared this post or otherwise provided assistance.”
