For folks in need of more Bourdain after seeing the “Tony” biopic, the new animated series “Get Jiro!” may help scratch that itch. Premiering on Adult Swim at midnight on Saturday (streaming the next day on HBO Max), the show adapts the acclaimed graphic novel of the same name by Bourdain and Joel Rose. “Get Jiro!” is set in an apocalyptic future where chefs hold all the power, with the titular sushi chef character (voiced by Brian Tee) embarking on a mission of vengeance. Binge-worthy TV pick

‘Scrubs’

It’s rare for shows these days to shoot and release new seasons in a timely manner (we’re looking at you, “Wednesday”). Thankfully for “Scrubs” fans, the revival of the hit hospital sitcom is already back with a new season, which debuted this week on ABC and streams on Hulu, coming just months after the season 1 finale in April. Kick back with Zach Braff’s J.D., Donald Faison’s Turk, and the rest of the Sacred Heart gang with a binge-watch of the revival and the original series, which is streaming on Hulu, too. Available on Hulu

‘Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma’

Following the success of their 2024 horror hit “I Saw the TV Glow,” Schoenbrun returned to the big screen this year with “Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma,” streaming on Mubi beginning on Friday. “Hacks” star Hannah Einbinder plays Kris, a filmmaker tasked with rebooting the fictional “Camp Miasma” slasher franchise, who becomes obsessed with getting the actress (Gillian Anderson) who played the original film’s final girl to star in her project. “The relationship between Einbinder and Anderson remains believable even as the film flies off the rails in its final act,” Globe film critic Odie Henderson wrote in his three-star review. Available on Mubi
