Protestors chase Maine Governor Janet Mills away from memorial for man killed by ICE agent
Mills arrived unannounced in the afternoon, and for some brief moments looked at the growing array of flowers and notes on the corner where the victim, Johan Sebastián Durán Guerrero, died — before demonstrators began to raise their voices at her, accusing her of failing to protect Maine residents from this violence.
