Branch Barnes, Natick — The junior put on a show with 11 kills, 3 assists, and 3 stuff blocks in 3-0 win against Brookline, the Bay State rival that took the Redhawks out of the tournament a year ago. He also knocked 17 kills in a sweep of Milford.
Gyan Mistry, North Andover — The senior pounded 18 kills in a nonconference sweep of St. John’s Prep.
Dillon Power, Westford — Amassing 23 kills, 4 blocks, and 5 aces, the senior led the Ghosts to a five-set triumph over nonleague opponent Arlington.
James Rochberg, Cambridge — The senior rocked 29 kills in a four-set nonleague victory over Methuen, a statement victory for the Falcons.
Ruben Rodriguez, Revere — With 32 kills, the senior was a big reason the Patriots pulled out a five-set win over Madison Park in nonleague play.
